On September 27, Violetta Grudina, the coordinator of the headquarters of politician Alexei Navalny in Murmansk, was handed a summons by the district police officer to draw up a protocol on violation of the rules for organizing a public event (part 2, article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The activist herself told OVD-Info about this over the phone.
Three Navalny supporters were detained on September 23 in Murmansk, including Grudina, while handing out leaflets and balloons. He kept the activists in the police department for 20 minutes, they were released, they did not draw up protocols.
This is not the first case against the coordinator of Navalny's Murmansk headquarters. against Grudina On August 18 , a protocol was drawn up for distributing newspapers and balloons (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On September 21, a protocol was drawn up for holding a picket using a cube.
