The Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova proposed changing the rules for paying sick leave for parents, whose child was ill due to their refusal to vaccinate him. At the same time, she herself admits that the law does not allow directly to “influence” the parents. But, according to Skvortsova, the Ministry of Health considers other ways to influence the so -called "anti -producers":

First of all, the emphasis is placed on the right to choose, guaranteed by the Constitution. Natalya Romanova, a lawyer and an active participant in anti -infection groups, discusses the words of the Minister of Health: “How could it be said at all? What is the phrase "put pressure on parents." What pressure can we talk about in a free country, where there is the right to choose, guaranteed by law. We live in a free country. Another problem that all parents complain about - too superficial medical examinations in clinics. So, for example, Julia Labaturina, the mother of two children and a physician by education, said that both her son and daughter were not vaccinated, but the immune system for both works like a clock, so she does not regret that she did not give them in advance: “The immune system in children is unripe, you can’t interfere with it so rudely, all the more, without knowing anything about this particular child.”

However, Julia decided to the problem of attendant doctors in clinics: “I pay the tax in the FMS, I have the right to refuse or agree to any treatment, but I never used“ free ”medicine, and did not register children in the district clinic.” Like most interlocutors of “such cases”, Julia believes that vaccination, like any other medical service, can only voluntarily, and therefore the attempts of the Ministry of Health are not only anti -constitutional, but also useless: “I don’t think that this initiative will force the opinion of parents who do not vaccinate for ideological reasons. I am personally ready to pay a fine, still I am not treated for free - it’s more expensive for myself. ”

“Moreover,” Natalia echoes her. - It would also be nice to check the child for antibodies before the vaccine. Perhaps he does not need a vaccine if the body has already developed them. But who does it? Nobody. It is also necessary to increase the time for examination by pediatricians, the standard is six minutes per child. Is it possible to conduct a full -fledged inspection in such a short time? "

But there is a third problem that exciting anti -producers is the fact that responsibility lies with parents in any case. The already mentioned above Natalya Romanova admits: “Perhaps I would support the initiative of Skvortsova if I make some adjustments: if the child is not vaccinated and fell ill with this disease-well, let their parents punish. And if the vaccinated child fell ill with what was instilled from what, then? So let's also find the perpetrators and punish, and parents will pay compensation in many times. ”

According to Natalia, the pediatrician must bear legal liability for the consequences of vaccination, and not the state, namely the pediatrician personally: “You will not sue the state. And doctors will even intimidate and exceed their official powers. I personally faced the fact that I had direct threats to declare to the guardianship authorities if I did not vaccinate my child. And this despite the fact that no pediatrician can give me notarized paper, that vaccinations are absolutely safe, and in case of complications, the doctor is ready to pay for the treatment of my child until the end of life. ”

Moreover, Sergey believes that more serious measures are possible - for example, the ban on unvaccinated children to visit kindergartens and circles, administrative responsibility for parents - “Education, of course, is necessary, but in the current conditions it does not work.”

Sergei calls anti -priority obscurantists and is sure that the punishment will convince most of them to abandon their beliefs, since "99% of mothers who refuse vaccinations simply read the yellow press or heard dark girlfriends, grandmas and priests."

At the same time, like all other interlocutors of “such cases”, he does not believe that vaccinations need to be done thoughtlessly everything: “Vaccination of vaccination is discord, it is necessary to vaccinate from dangerous diseases, and it is stupid from influenza, there are a lot of strains - you are tormented by all. And cases when vaccinations cannot be done due to health reasons is a separate topic, ”says Sergey and adds that he himself is not a fan of hiking for doctors, but before going to Ethiopia, he was vaccinated against yellow fever.
