Roskomnadzor demanded that the online publication “Father, you are a transformer” remove the text “What is it like to be a drug dealer” for promoting drugs, according to the publication’s website.

The editor-in-chief of “Father, you are a transformer,” Grigory Tumanov, said that the editors completely disagree with the claims of Roskomnadzor, but since the publication does not want to interrupt its work, they had to delete the text. The article is now available in Google cache .

The editors intend to appeal the regulator's decision in court.

“Personally, I believe that there is no propaganda in it, and neither do my colleagues. Our friends from Agora have already agreed to help us with this, for which we thank them very much. Stay with us and remember that the world is on fire,” Tumanov wrote.

Artem Gubenko’s text “What it’s like to be a drug dealer,” published on September 1, 2016, was dedicated to the story of “a nameless Russian student who walks around the city and hides bags of weed.” It described the process of purchasing drugs through the anonymous routing network Tor and delivering them to the buyer through a system of “bookmarks.”
