A protocol was drawn up against the coordinator of Alexei Navalny's headquarters in Murmansk, Violetta Grudin, in connection with the action on September 23, Grudina herself told OVD-Info.
An administrative case was opened under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of a public event without filing a notification). The minutes indicate that during the non-approved event, a “prefabricated prefabricated structure in the form of a chair” was used. Grudina noted that the chair at the action was not collapsible.
The HQ coordinator and three volunteers were detained on September 23 while they were distributing information leaflets in the city center. All the detainees were released 20 minutes after they were brought to the police station. Protocols were not drawn up for anyone.
On Monday, September 26, the district police officer handed Grudina a summons to draw up a protocol.
