The Tyumen administration did not approve the rally for Navalny's headquarters

The Tyumen authorities refused to agree on holding a rally to the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny, Leonid Volkov, head of the politician's federal campaign, said on Twitter.

Headquarters activists filed a notification about the action on October 7 with the number of participants 1500 people. The administration responded that an event whose organizers "mislead" the participants "is unacceptable and cannot be agreed upon."

“Analysis of public events previously held by this initiative group of citizens indicates the use of information posters and the dissemination of printed material that misleads <…> regarding the goals of these actions,” the authorities said in a response.
