“We were traveling from Makhachkala to Buinaksk. In the area of Uchkhoz in Makhachkala, our car was cut by Lexus with license plate “R 091 Kh” 190 in the region. We were forced to stop. Five people left Lexus, they pulled the driver out of the car and me from the passenger seat. Five men attacked me and began to beat me. One of the attackers grabbed me by the throat and began to strangle, after which I lost consciousness, ”the deputy told the new business. In addition, the attackers took the phone from Dzhankhaev.
He noted that he found out in one of the attackers of a relative of the former mayor of Buinaksk, against whom he spoke out in a group of other deputies.
Marat Dzhankhaev is a disabled person of the second group, his hand is amputated. According to him, he was previously threatened, promising to amputate the second hand.
On February 9, the speaker of the meeting of deputies of Buinaksk Temirlan Temirkhanov published a letter in which he, on behalf of the entire deputy corps, asked the leadership of the republic to replace the current mayor of Buinaksk, Zakarya Amirov, because to work with the current mayor “does not work”. Later it turned out that ten deputies did not support the requirements of the letter, including the battered Marat Dzhankhaev.
