VIM-Avia will receive 500 million rubles from the state, but this is unlikely to help her

The WIM-Avia problematic airline will receive 500 million rubles from the state, the newspaper Vedomosti writes. A source close to the leadership of the airline told the publication that it expects serious revenues from the federal budget in the near future.

On Wednesday, VIM-Avia received 55 million rubles of subsidies from the Federal Air Transport Agency for the transportation of passengers to the Far East and directed them to pay off wage debts. At the end of October, subsidies for transportation in September can be obtained, although the amount will be less, the interlocutor of the newspaper adds.

"An agreement was concluded with the airline for subsidized transportation for 254 million rubles, 215 million rubles have already been paid for actually executed flights," the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency confirmed.

However, even 500 million rubles will still not help the company to stay afloat, the Vedomosti believes. Her planes were detained at airports for debts in Russia and abroad (at the moment in Spain, Belgium, Turkey and France), only four sides of the existing 29 were flying from Domodedov from Domodedov. For Tuesday-Wim-Avia, only about 10 flights completed.

Earlier, he insisted that it makes no sense to maintain a “vim-Avia” and it is better to give money to execute its flights to other carriers. In fact, it turns out differently: the airports will again begin to refuel the “VIM” aircraft, which will be involved in the return to Russia more than 10 thousand passengers raised by the crisis.

The Ministry of Transport in its press release reports the achievement of "fundamental agreements" with airports and fueling companies in the country on uninterrupted maintenance of all VIM-Avia flights.

Recall that this week, VIM-Aviaadmitted that she has no means to continue operating activities. This was preceded by mass delays in flights of flights from Domodedov due to arrears for fuel in the amount of at least 500 million rubles.

The airline asked the Ministry of Transport to "consider the possibility of urgent provision of state guarantees" for 800-840 million rubles to pay for fuel and organize passengers from abroad on their own.

On Wednesday, Vladimir Putin, at a meeting with government members, announced to the head of the Ministry of Transport Maxim Sokolov about incomplete official compliance, and Arkady Dvorkovich said that he did not pay sufficient attention to the transport industry.

The airline has six creditors, and its debt is approximately 7 billion rubles. The first step towards formal bankruptcy has already been made: the Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA), which is the bankruptcy trustee, which was ruined two years ago, Mosstroykonobank, this week filed a lawsuit on behalf of the bank to the Arbitration Court of Tatarstan on the bankruptcy of the VIM-Avia airline.

On September 27, the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Alexander Neudko, said that the co-owner of VIM-Avia Rashid Mursekaev did not come to the meeting and possibly left the country.
