The "stripping" of governors and the change of key figures in the government are explained by the transition to the Kremlin system-2018

The presidential campaign is carried out according to the rules of the fighting club, the first rule, which, as you know, is that no one should know about its existence. The Central Election Commission is ready to announce the beginning of the nomination of candidates and the start of election campaign in December. There is a group of wedding generals, hoping that they will be called again for the holiday of democracy. They announce that although there can be only one candidate for president, they are still ready to carry their cross and will also go to the polls - but only after it will announce this “himself”.

In the absence of new information, both the public and experts reasonably have entertained various kinds of political technological sensations associated not so much with the content of the campaign as with its design. For example, a rumor about the possible participation in the elections of Ksenia Sobchak, who would thus play a role -playing model of an “independent candidate for liberals”, besides women, caused a lot of interest. Navalny reported to Sobchak for not disowning these rumors in clear form, Sobchak in response reminded of Alexei's leadership, and this event was discussed within a week. The Kremlin, of course, has such a problem: how to organize beautiful and convincing presidential elections. But for all the other parties, the question of what set of participants will be proposed within the framework of this campaign is almost no substantial value - we are talking about decorative policy in any case. The only exception is just Navalny. But after the events of the last half of the year, it is almost confident to say that the authorities will not allow him to participate in the elections in 2018 under any circumstances. After the rallies and the oppositional alternative campaign, this would be too risky.

So if we want to understand how the real search for the “image of the future” looks like in the Kremlin, then we need to look not at the technological side of the issue, but at the personnel. The future in the sense of the Kremlin inhabitants is a question about whose people will stand in what position. And if you arm yourself with this optics, then the real campaign to build transit to the Kremlin system-2018 is in full swing.

On the one hand, this explains a new wave of stripping of the governor’s corps, from which the most odious figures like Samara Merkushkin are removed, they are replaced by “technocrats”, which differs little from their predecessors in essence.

On the other hand, even greater importance in the “image of the future” is a gradual change of key characters in the government and up, which is still without loud resignations - so as not to attract the attention of the general public, not to destroy the image of “stability”. So, the head of the anti -corruption department of the Presidential Administration, Oleg Blory, switched to the position of the first deputy minister of justice. This position was empty after leaving the department of the scandalously known Sergey Gerasimov, who, in particular, led the operation to create a register of “foreign agents”. Gerasimov became one of the three deputy minister Alexander Konovalov, who left the department in recent months. The bad, who enjoys the president’s personal confidence, has the prospect of taking the Minister’s chair over time.

A widest publicity was received by a spray, which Putin arranged for the Minister of Transport Dmitry Sokolov for the situation around the bankrupt Avia Avia airline. Sokolov Putin announced incomplete official accordance and invited Prime Minister Medvedev to think what to do with it. Under the distribution, however, the main person of Medvedev himself immediately fell-Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, who oversees, among other things, transport.
