On September 28, the Gelendzhik District Court sentenced the organizer of the rally against the inaction of the authorities, Alexander Yeremeev, to a fine of 10,000 rubles for violating the established procedure for holding the event, reports . Novaya Gazeta

An agreed rally was held in Gelendzhik on August 5, its applicants were residents of the Pushkinsky Dol settlement. The police detained four people who unfurled posters with the slogans "Kuban justice is hell!", "Mayor of Gelendzhik Khrestin - resign!" and "Judge Khakhalev - resign!". The police officers considered the statements on the posters offensive, and all the detainees were fined 15,000 rubles.

Then the protocol was drawn up for one of the organizers of the event, Alexander Eremeev. According to the police, he did not stop the rally participants who came with posters insulting the authorities. The protocol notes that Yeremeyev violated the established procedure, violating the stated goal of the event “informing citizens about cases of mass deceit and fraud in the city of Gelendzhik, informing citizens about the inaction of the authorities.”

During the trial, district police officer Vnukov, who acted as the plaintiff, admitted that he did not fully explain to Eremeev his rights as the organizer of the rally. Judge Boris Sadov took into account the disability of the accused (Eremeev moves in a wheelchair), and fined him the minimum amount.
