The Krasnogvardeisky District Court of St. Petersburg satisfied the complaint against the decision of the Commission on Juvenile Affairs in relation to the eleventh-grader Darya G., who was detained for a rally on June 12. Earlier, the schoolgirl was fined 10 thousand rubles under Art. 20.2 (violation of the procedure for holding public events), human rights activist Dinar Idrisov wrote on Facebook.

The court canceled the decision to impose a fine and terminated the administrative case due to the expiration of the time limit for bringing to responsibility. At the same time, the terms under this article are one year.

“At the meeting of the KDNiZP, ‘human rights activists’ and prosecutors exerted wild psychological pressure on the schoolgirl, threatened her with a prison fate and obtained convenient evidence that she participated in the protest rally and heard the demands of the police to stop it. In fact, Daria managed to stay on the Field of Mars for only 3 minutes, after which she was captured by the Russian Guard and was limited in freedom for 8 hours in the 15th police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kalinin district, ”wrote Idrisov.

According to him, Daria was not given food and water at the police department, and the protocol was drawn up without a legal representative.
