VIM-Avia was headed by Alexander Burdin, who in 2015-2017 was the general director of Transaero. This was announced by the representative of VIM-Avia.
According to the Vedomosti source, such a decision was made by Radish and Svetlana Mursekaeva-the owners of VIM-Avia, who are now abroad.
The VIM-Avia report said that Burdin came with his team, which has already begun analysis of the financial condition of the air carrier and the coordination of repayment of his debts. “The new management of the company cooperates with the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation,” the press release says.
Recall that now the former head of VIM-Avia, Alexander Kochnev, was charged with theft of passengers. SK asked him to send him under house arrest.
Alexander Burdin headed Transaero in 2015-2017, when the company did not work. Vedomosti notes that he managed to pay off 4.1 billion rubles for salary debts to former employees, end in the inventory of fixed assets and collect the property of the airline to provide payments to creditors. He left Transaero in September, when competitive production was introduced in the company.
