In order for the development of the regions to take place dynamically, financing is necessary. For these purposes, various budgetary tools are used: subsidies, subventions, transfers, etc. And these tools are not for one financial year, this is not a quick game of checkers, as many can think, this is the work of the entire vertical of power, designed for many years. Let's try to evaluate the real prospect for the next year, what changes can occur in rural areas. Since everything is known in comparison, a region similar to the Republic of Mari El was chosen - this is the Republic of Mordovia (in terms of area and population, it is more than 10%more than Mari)
