The rest of the detainees were released about 23 hours after the drawing up of the protocols: all of them are charged with Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a rally or procession), and Kravtsov and Chuprunov - repeated violation (part 8, up to 30 days of arrest); Protocols under Article 19.3 were also drawn up on Dmitrievsky and Kalinchev (police disobedience, up to 30 days).

Navalny himself was detained in Moscow in the morning when he left the house to go to a rally to Nizhny. He was charged with "repeated calls to participate in an inconsistent public event" (part 8 of article 20.2) and released only in the evening, appointing the court for Monday. The event of Navalny was agreed in Nizhny, but at the last moment the authorities banned it. They were released from OP-1 without drawing up protocols.

On Friday, it became known that meetings with Navalny refused to coordinate in Chelyabinsk, Krasnodar and Saratov. In Chelyabinsk, the city administration referred to the employment of all sites for rallies, the city hall of Krasnodar gave the same answer to the local headquarters, and in Saratov, officials motivated the refusal to incorrect the notification of the rally.

Navalny already held six rallies-meetings in Omsk, Murmansk, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok and Khabarovsk. On October 7, a similar action is outlined in St. Petersburg. On Wednesday, Navalny said that his headquarters in St. Petersburg has long been trying to agree on a meeting, but officials of the city administration illegally refuse this .
