He is accused of eight episodes for abuse of powers, falsification of evidence and results of operational-search activities, illegal storage of weapons and narcotic drugs, and grab.

Two victims are held in the case - Abdul Kadiev and Kerim Fatakhov . The defendant Gabibula Aliyev is under house arrest. At the meeting, he did not admit guilt.

Recall, on February 13, the investigation department in the Soviet district of the city of Makhachkala, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for RD, stopped criminal prosecution for storing weapons against Kerim Fatakhov. He was recognized as not involved in the commission of this crime, and the employee of the department, Gabibul Aliyev , was attracted as a suspect in the angular case of abuse of authority, falsifying evidence and the results of operational -search activities.

Investigators revealed the illegality of the actions of one employee of the Soviet District Department of Internal Affairs - Gabibula Aliyev, the second is listed in the case file as an unidentified police officer.

“Being in one of the offices of the fourth floor of the OP in the Soviet district, the operative of Gabibul Aliyev began to strike with his hands and feet on various parts of Fatakhov’s body and demand recognition from him in the illegal storage of drugs and explosive devices.

Having received a refusal, the operative officer placed the detainee in one of the rooms for persons who committed administrative offenses, while not compiling any documents substantiating the detention.

The next day, after the next threats to use physical violence, Fatakhov was forced to confess. Then Aliev drew up a report in the name of the head of the police department on the discovery in the right pocket of the grenade of the F-1 grenade and attached a falsified personal inspection protocol, ”the decision on the initiation of a criminal case of February 13 says.

It should be noted that according to the internal rules of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the responsibility for the actions of the subordinate, in the event that his guilt is proved, also bears his direct authorities: the head of the criminal investigation department of the OP of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Soviet district of Makhachkala and the head of the regional department.
