
Judge of the Omutninsky district court of the Kirov region Vladimir Makhnev fined the Crimean political prisoner of Ferat Saifullaev, who was serving a five-year term in the IK-17 general regime in the district center, for 1000 rubles for publication four years ago in the social network of the post with the symbols of Hizb Ut-Tyrir. Saifullaev was announced guilty of part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Russian Administrative Code (public demonstration of extremist symbols).

Semedlyaev and another lawyer of Politzeck, Emil Kurbedinov, did not manage to arrive at the hearing in the Kirov region, so they sent written objections to the protocol to the court. Makhnev flared them up, as well as the arguments of the Politsek himself.
Saifullaev independently appealed the decision to the Kirov Regional Court. Later, the lawyers of the Politzeck also turned there. The complaints will be considered on Tuesday, October 3, Judge Alexander Elsukov; The beginning of the hearings at 14 o’clock.
Lawyer Semedlyaev expressed confidence that the administrative case against the Politsek was fabricated in order to deprive him of the possibility of parole.
