The consideration of the case of the head of Navalny's campaign headquarters, Leonid Volkov, was moved to the place of registration - to the Savelovsky Court of Moscow. this Volkov himself announced on Twitter. The date of the meeting has not yet been set.

“In general, it seems that they do not understand at all what to do with my protocol, yet there is no smell of composition there,” Volkov writes about the situation.

• The head of the federal headquarters was detained in Nizhny Novgorod on September 29, when he went to the police department to write a statement under Art. 149 (obstruction of a rally). A protocol was drawn up against him under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation by a participant of a public event of the procedure for holding it) and they wanted to leave them in the police department for the night. However, later police officers took Volkov to the airport, under an obligation to appear in the Simonovsky Court of Moscow on Monday.

The administration of Nizhny Novgorod first agreed on a rally-meeting with Alexei Navalny, and then canceled its decision. The officials replied that the site was occupied, which means that the planned action would be considered inconsistent.
