The defendant of the "Swamp business" Dmitry Buchenkov extended house arrest until January 6

Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow extended the house arrest to the defendant of the “Swamp business” Dmitry Buchenkov until January sixth, the participant of the OTD-Info from the courtroom reports.

On August 21, at the next meeting in the case, the analyst Mikhail Zubarev identified Dmitry Buchenkov as a participant in the events in Bolotnaya Square, despite the fact that Buchenkova was not there. Buchenkov’s defender pointed out obvious contradictions in the testimonies that Zubarev gave.

Buchenkova was taken into custody on December 2, 2015 on suspicion of involvement in the events of May 6, 2012 on Bolotnaya Square. Buchenkov himself claims that during the events in Bolotnaya Square he was in Nizhny Novgorod with relatives, and returned to Moscow only on May 6 in the evening.
