The coordinator of Navalny's headquarters was detained in St. Petersburg

Police officers in St. Petersburg detained Polina Kostyleva, coordinator of Navalny's local headquarters. She was put into a car and taken away, presumably to Police Department No. 2, an employee of the headquarters told OVD-Info.

Kostyleva is charged with Part 1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by the organizer of the procedure for holding a public event) and Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer).

Police officers arrived at Navalny's headquarters on the evening of 3 October. They stated that they had received information that leaflets had been pasted inside with a call to participate in the action on October 7th. The police demanded to see these leaflets, but the headquarters staff could not find them. According to the activists, the coordinator went outside to take the leaflets that were supposed to be brought to her, but she was held back by the police. Everyone in the room was demanded to leave, while Kostyleva was kept inside.

UPD: As reported in the group of Navalny's headquarters on VKontakte, the coordinator was brought to police department No. 2. A protocol is drawn up for her under Part 1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
