Yabloko will begin the second All -Russian campaign in support of the founder of the party Grigory Yavlinsky, who is going to nominate the presidency. The goal is to attract citizens with the idea of a “new budget policy” and collecting signatures of supporters, who then can be asked to put a signature for Yavlinsky after his official nomination, Kommersant writes .
Previous agitampania was held in the summer in 55 cities. Then Yabloko activists were able to distribute more than a million leaflets and collected more than 107 thousand signatures in order to withdraw the military from Syria. Everyone who signed up will receive “postcards in gratitude” from the party in the near future.
Irkutsk, July 2017. Collection of signatures for Russia's exit from the war in Syria Yubloko.ruThe decision on the beginning of the new campaign was made on Friday at a meeting of the party bureau. Now the main “chip” will not be an anti -war agenda, but the idea of a “new budget policy”, which the party is going to realize and personally Grigory Yavlinsky. This should attract Russians to the candidate of the future candidate. The campaign will be held in 40 regions, not only in regional capitals, but also in small cities, as well as in the village.
The meaning of the “new budget policy” is that income should be rightly distributed between the federal center, regions and municipalities. Citizens will be told what could be done specifically in their city or village if budget revenues were different in Russia.
The deputy chairman of Yabloko, Nikolai Rybakov, who heads the party’s election headquarters, said that the regional branches are ordered to inform the center about those problems that are most accepted by local residents. Based on this information, leaflets, booklets and brochures will be published - different for each region. Those who like the proposals of the party will be able to sign in support of the nomination of Grigory Yavlinsky to the president.
Nikolai Rybakovyabloko.ruThe campaign will begin in mid -October, it is expected that this time it will be possible to collect more than 100 thousand signatures. The headquarters expect that by mid -December, when the presidential election will be announced and Grigory Yavlinsky can be put forward, the party will have an “electronic base” of its supporters, including email and home address.
Recall that in 2012 Grigory Yavlinsky was not registered in the presidential election precisely because the CEC has rejected signatures in his support, then, however, they needed 2 million. Now the law has changed, and for the nomination it is necessary to submit 100 thousand signatures.
Poskat Grigory Yavlinsky in Ryazan yabloko.ruRecall that the nomination of Grigory Yavlinsky is associated with a conflict in the "liberal" part of the opposition. Alexei Navalny has long announced his desire to run for president - although there is a legal conflict that will allow CIK not to register it. The fact is that the Constitution listed a list of requirements that are presented to presidential candidates: it should be a Russian citizen who is at least 35 years old and permanently residing in Russia for at least 10 years. Navalny corresponds to all these conditions. But the “profile” law on elections says that the candidate should not have a criminal record - and Navalny now has conditional punishment.
At the same time, Alexei Navalny believes that every representative of the “liberal flank” of the opposition, who declares the desire to nominate in the president, is a “spoiler”, that is, a person who will deliberately take his votes from him. Considering that the very chance for registration does not have too much, all this can end with the fact that a significant part of the citizens will be left without their own presidential candidate.
