The administration of the Altai governor became a defendant in a criminal case

The criminal case was instituted against the manager of the Governor of the Altai Territory Alexei Beloborodov. Earlier in the regional administration, investigative actions were held.

The case against Beloborodov was opened on October 3, Taiga.info told two sources in law enforcement agencies. It is expected that in the near future the investigation will publish official details.

The press service of the Office of the IC of the Russian Federation in the Altai Territory has not yet commented on information.

On September 26, Taiga.info announced investigative measures in the regional government on September 26. A source of the editorial office in the regional government said that law enforcement officers visited the office of the governor and administration of Alexei Beloborodov.

The government first denied the visit of the security forces, but three days later they confirmed that law enforcement agencies "study the feasibility and effectiveness of the implementation of financial resources of targeted programs."

Belobrodov could become a defendant in the case under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of authority). According to him, as our news wrote with reference to “aware sources”, three premium vehicles per 22 million rubles were purchased with violation of government procurement rules.

The region is led by Alexander Karlin. His administrations Alexei Beloborodov worked in law enforcement in 1983-2013. He held various posts, in June 2011 he became the deputy chief of the police of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. I moved to the administration in February 2013.
