Since September 21, according to the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the Palace (more precisely, LLC “Complex”, which formally owns it), is controlled by a certain Elena Tolokonnikova. At the same time, all references to the previous manager, the Criminal Code of the Investment, generally disappeared from the registers. Still, because this Criminal Code was created by Tatyana Kuznetsova, the wife of the ex-head of military unit 1473 FSO, and Inna Kolpakova, the wife of the current head of the presidential managers. Instead of “investment” the former general director of the “complex” in the documents “Drawn” Yuri Larina. But if the real owners of the palace in this way wanted to cover the tracks, they did it unsuccessfully. At the same time, Yuri Larin also headed the RIRUR company, directly related to Putin's matchmaker Nikolai Shamalov. And at the address of Rirus there are still structures of the Petromed holding, through which, as businessman Sergei Kolesnikov, who fled from Russia, admitted, was financing the construction of a scandalous palace.

However, at the disposal of the "interlocutor" there is a copy of the contract of July 25, 2013. According to him, the "sole executive body" of the "complex" for 5 years was not appointed Larin, but "Investment".

In other words, the company, created by the wife of the Kremlin manager, not only ruled the palace in Praskoveevka, but should also manage them until next year. Why the Criminal Code was resigned (and whether it occurred at all), it was not possible to clarify the head of Alexei Vasilyuk. His phone was inaccessible.

In September 2011, with reference to the RBC Daily newspaper, information appeared that the formal owner of the then still under construction for 35 million RE per month rented part of its premises for rent to the Velesstroy construction company (today this article is missing on the RBC website). And in May 2014, ITAR-TASS reported that in the village of Praskoveevka in the territory of the regional headquarters of the Velesstroy International Construction Holding, a visiting meeting of Transneft's leadership was held (now, instead of Praskoveevka, Gelendzhik is indicated).

-There is some kind of mistake. Firstly, we are not a holding, secondly, not international, but Russian, and thirdly, we have no regional headquarters in that area and we did not rent any palace, we hastily objected to the “interlocutor” in Velesstroy.

However, Transneft admitted to us that the message was in the message about the Velesstroy office, located in that very palace. At the same time, judging by the transneft press releases, the head of this company Nikolai Tokarev is regularly visited by Praskoveevka. The last time is at the end of this August. True, a meeting on the development of main pipelines in the south of the country this time was already in those halls of the palace that Transneft itself rented.

As the “interlocutor” found out, back in July 2015, the “daughter” of the monopoly, “Transneft-Terminal”, signed the first long-term lease with the legal adviser to the Investment Criminal Code-for 21.8 million rubles a month. In August, another appeared - already 43.8 million rubles. According to him, the company removed several objects in the palace at once, including a helicopter site, a Bungalo at 1620 square meters. m and even an amphitheater (as these buildings are signed on the Vikimapia map).

After that, a number of contracts were concluded: for parking in the territory of the palace, as well as for refueling there and for a car sink. At least part of the car specified in the contracts really belongs to Transneft, for example, the black Mercedes-Benz G500 with Moscow numbers driven from Estonia. This SUV is controlled by 48-year-old Alexander Shumsky, who has been working as a driver at Transneft for at least the 90s.

At the same time, at the request why the company needed the Bungalo and the amphitheater in this palace, the “transneft-thermalmine” was not responding to the interlocutor. As they did not answer the question whether this lease is nominal. Maybe with the help of contracts, the state simply financially supports the true owner of the palace?

Secret "Rubin"

It is clear that the palace is now also guarding the Transneft security service, namely Transneft-Obrand. The relevant arms room rental agreements are also concluded.

“We have too many objects, so I do not know the details,” explained the representative of the company Elizaveta Averyanova and asked to send a request. But when asked whether the company protects the entire palace or only part of it, still did not answer. If the whole, it turns out that the state itself pays money to be able to protect someone else's luxury.

Meanwhile, it is known that several years ago, securities from the Rubbin POU was stood for guard in the palace. At the same time, another object of the Investmentra is also under the control of Rubin - the former Sanner Sanatorium in Divnomorsky. Dmitry Golovanov, who last summer was detained for the shooting of this sanatorium from the drone, handed the “arrow” to the “interlocutor”, in which they are no longer employees, but Choo Rubin. Despite the fact that for some reason, ordinary personnel are recruited there from the Voronezh region, the guarantee leadership, as we were told, is sitting in Moscow.

In the capital there is only one Rubin protective holding, which includes both Chop and Choo. But in the business center, at which he is registered, the “interlocutor” reported that there is no such company in the building. The Rubin phone is also not indicated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, so it was not possible to get official comments.

Despite such secrecy, Rubin receives very authoritative contracts: it is Choo Rubin-1 that is now also protecting the State Duma in Foros. The same people: Ivan Serditov (ex-head of one of the firms of the sister of Lyudmila Putin) and Bolat Zakaryanov (who worked simultaneously on the site of Putin Nikolai Shamalov), who after that went to increase in the presidential administrators, were headed by the same people. And the current "tenant" of the palace Nikolai Tokarev is also not far from Putin. And in whose interests he rents this complex - another question.
