The 4th of October. New details of the murder on Nautilus, Russian captives of the Islamic State and Navalny's rallies

Russians are captured by the Islamic State. At the end of September, terrorists announced that they had captured two Russian citizens during the battle. These are not professional soldiers: one of the prisoners was identified as a member of a Cossack organization from the Rostov region, and the other was identified as a former member of the VDV. Both were in Syria through the private military company Wagner. How the Russian authorities are going to get them out of captivity is unknown, but the parents of one of the captives were advised “not to make a fuss.”

All-Russian action of Alexei Navalny. The politician, who is now under arrest, called on his supporters to go to protests on October 7 . It is expected that rallies and pickets will take place in all 80 cities where Navalny’s presidential campaign headquarters were opened. The main rally will take place in St. Petersburg on the Field of Mars. The authorities consider the action to be uncoordinated. Aggravation in Syria. Russia said Islamic State militants were attacking Syrian troops from US-controlled territory and threatened to deal with such “contingencies” in the future .

Bribe to Nikita Belykh. The former governor of the Kirov region is accused of receiving two bribes. Today at a court hearing , businessman Albert Laritsky told how he gave one of them . According to the entrepreneur, Belykh himself did not extort money from him, but his deputy asked Laritsky to thank the governor without naming any amount. As a result, the businessman himself decided that he would give 200 thousand euros. He transferred the money through fourth hands.

Murder on the Nautilus

New details have emerged in the case of the murder of a journalist on a private submarine. A video of beheaded women was found on the computer of the submarine's owner, Peter Madsen. Deceased journalist Kim Wall was also beheaded. It also became known that 15 stab wounds were found on her body. Madsen, the only person who was on the submarine with Wall, continues to insist that he did not kill the journalist.
