NTV correspondent detained in Kyiv

Update. On the morning of October 5, it became known that the Security Service of Ukraine had decided to expel NTV correspondent Vyacheslav Nemyshev. This is reported by Interfax .

Vyacheslav Nemyshev, a correspondent for the NTV Central Television program, was detained in Kyiv, the channel reports.

“Now there is no connection with Vyacheslav. It is known that he is being interrogated by employees of the Security Service of Ukraine, ”the article on the NTV website says.

A source of the Interfax-Ukraine agency said that Nemyshev was detained "for committing a criminal offense."

Later, the TV channel reported that Nemyshev was detained after, during the filming of the story, he "cut the famous" Kiev "cake with a table knife." “At that moment, he was blocked by an unknown person who got the local police to detain the employee,” they say on NTV.
