At the same time, punish officials who, violating these regulations, blatantly refuse to hold rallies. At the same time, remove censorship to all hell - again, according to the constitution... But a lot more is needed.

What does this have to do with space exploration? And the most direct thing. Elon Musks will not be born in an unfree country! In a country where business is conducted according to the formula “everything is for friends, the rest is law” (which we will correct at the request of our own left rear), the work of SpaceX is impossible! And don’t expect anything else to happen!

The USSR could rush into space “with all its strength and all its sinews.” The first satellite was launched in a non-free country where the human factor was neglected. But even now I’m not talking about the Moon: who first launched a communications satellite into geostationary orbit? Who was the first to benefit from space? The answer is known: not at all to the country where cosmonautics, through the efforts of the CPSU, turned into a semblance of a quasi-religion, where only great victories, championships and records could be achieved, and work, failures and even the names of the designers became a “priestly secret”.

But something was still possible for Russia. In the same "zero". So that in the history textbooks of the 22nd century it would be written: “Despite... important space projects received support, which became the basis for the development of astronautics after the dismantling of authoritarianism.” Where is "MAX"? Where is the Federation?!
