In the center of Omsk, an elite apartment is being sold for 20 million rubles. Housing area - 285 square meters. The entire design was invented by the owners themselves. The main part of the home is decorated in a classic style, and the three children's bedrooms are decorated with rather unusual graffiti on the walls.

The apartment is located in an elite building on Frunze Street, and now the owner lives there with his family. The second level of the apartment is entirely dedicated to a recreation area; there are four bedrooms on the floor. There are also two bathrooms, a large dressing room, a laundry room and a drying room. On the ground floor there is a large living room combined with a playroom and kitchen. The main part of the apartment is decorated in a classic style, and the walls in the children's rooms are painted with graffiti. One of the rooms features a design from space travel, another has an abstract pattern, and the third room features a galloping horse. An advertisement with many photos was posted in the CIAN real estate database.

After evaluating the design, social media users were divided in their opinions. Some call it "very conceptual" while others think it's tasteless.

An apartment with graffiti for 20 million rubles is not the most expensive on the real estate market in Omsk. Previously, realtors had already sold luxury housing with a spiral staircase for 48 million, and for 34 million they offered to buy a seven-room apartment with huge windows in the bathroom.
