In Tambov, a report was drawn up against a volunteer of Navalny’s headquarters due to a post on Vkontakte.

In Tambov, a volunteer from the campaign headquarters of Alexei Navalny, who was previously held by the police, was charged with petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline by the headquarters coordinator Diana Rudakova.

He has now been taken to police station No. 2. According to the coordinator, he will remain there until the trial, which is to take place on the morning of October 5.

Previously, the headquarters volunteer was kept in the department, where he came on a summons as a witness. He refused to testify, citing Art. 51 of the Constitution. The police were unhappy with this. Rudakova said that law enforcement officers went to the activist's page on the Vkontakte social network. In one of the records of the young man, they found an insult to the police officers and drew up a protocol under Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
