The defrauded shareholders detained at the Moscow City Hall were released from the police

The defrauded equity holders of the Terletsky Park residential complex, who were detained during single pickets at the Moscow City Hall, were released from the Tverskoy police department. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline by one of the detainees.

In the department, protocols were drawn up against them under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant of a public event of the procedure for holding it). Earlier, one of the protesters said that the police wrote in the protocol about repeated warnings from their side. The activist stated that this was not true.

Deceived equity holders were detained on the morning of October 4 during single pickets. According to the participants, they were standing 50 meters apart.
