At about two o'clock in the afternoon in Moscow, an opponent of the construction of a children's sports ground (Kravchenko St., 16), Sergei Ilyin, was detained. To avoid conflict with the construction guards, the activists themselves called the police. Arriving law enforcement officers detained Ilyin allegedly for resistance (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and took him to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Lomonosovsky District. Lawyer Irina Obzhirova reported this to OVD-Info on the hotline.
She said that Ilyin had been in the police department for more than six hours, an ambulance had been called to him.
