The coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Arkhangelsk was fined for an action with a cube

Dmitry Tomatin, the coordinator of the Arkhangelsk headquarters of politician Alexei Navalny, was fined 20,000 rubles by the Oktyabrsky District Court for violating the rules of campaigning. The action itself with Navalny's cube took place on September 23, but Tomatin was detained on October 5. The activist announced this on Twitter.
