In Sochi, two police officers went to the local headquarters of politician Alexei Navalny and detained the Sochi coordinator of the headquarters, Konstantin Zykov. He was accused of calling to come to a rally on October 7, which is planned to be held in the local Hyde Park, although the law does not require coordination of actions in Hyde Parks. Konstantin Zykov was taken to the Central Department of Internal Affairs to draw up a protocol. This was reported to OVD-Info by a staff member by phone.
UPD 20:26. As reported on the page “Team Navlny | Sochi”, a protocol is drawn up against Zykov for violating the rules for organizing an action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
