In Rostov-on-Don, the court arrested the coordinator of the headquarters of Navalny

The court in Rostov-on-Don arrested for five days the coordinator of the regional headquarters of Navalny Anastasia Deinek. She was found guilty of repeated violation of the rules of the action, the Radio Liberty correspondent reports.

On Thursday morning, representatives of the Rostov headquarters of Navalny filed a notification to the city administration that they did not consider their refusal to hold a group picket on October 7 by legal and having any legal force, therefore the planned opposition campaign is considered agreed.

On the same day, Anastasia Deineka and the headquarters lawyer planned to go to the court with the claim to recognize the Rostov administration to agree on a picket to support Alexei Navalny on October 7 on Theater Square illegal. But Dinek was detained by the employees of the Center for Combating Extremism. The police did not explain the reasons for the detention and immediately delivered her to the police station. The judge rejected all the defense petitions and arrested Deinek for five days.

Despite the arrest of the coordinator of the headquarters, her associates did not cancel the protest in Rostov-on-Don on October 7th.

Earlier, Deineka was found guilty of violating the rules of the rally and was fined for participating in the campaign on March 26 in Rostov-on-Don.
