Dozens of protesters detained in major cities

Several dozen supporters of Navalny were detained in many cities across the country. Some were detained by the police even before the protests began, others were imprisoned during the protests.

According to Meduza's calculations, from one to three law enforcement activists were detained before and during the protests in large metropolitan areas - regional centers: Krasnodar, Smolensk, Tver, St. Petersburg, Stavropol, Samara, Izhevsk, Yakutsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Several activists have already been arrested for 10 days.

The OVD-Info portal reported that at least 40 protesters were detained in total. Yekaterinburg Mayor Yevgeny Roizman told Dozhd that 24 protesters in support of Navalny had been detained in the city.
