Coordinator of Navalny's local headquarters detained in Murmansk

In Murmansk, the coordinator of the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny, Violetta Grudina, and two volunteers were detained. Grudina herself reported this on the OVD-Info hotline.

According to Grudina, the police draw up a protocol against her under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event by the organizer).

Together with Grudina, two volunteers of the headquarters were detained. They held balloons in their hands, which the police released into the sky, saying that they were smeared with something combustible.
