All detained participants in opposition walks on Tverskaya were released from the Tverskaya police station, except one. According to information, a protocol was drawn up against him under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the rules for organizing a public action), he is left in the department for 48 hours.

OVD-InfoNa drew up protocols for the remaining activists under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event).

According to updated information, on October 8, the police on Tverskaya had eight participants in the action.

OVD-Info detained : at 17:20 only one detainee was released from the Tverskoy OVD. The rest remain with the police. At 20.50 it became known that two people were staying at the police station overnight because they did not want to introduce themselves. Everyone who had a protocol under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and one person with Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses were released.
