Nizhny Novgorod activist Kravtsov was arrested for 20 days per share on September 29

Judge of the Nizhny Novgorod District Court of Nizhny Novgorod Gleb Sveshnikov arrested a civil activist, coordinator of the Nizhny Novgorod political red cross of Vladimir Kravtsov for 20 days for participation in a campaign held on September 29 instead of a broken meeting with Alexei Navalny. This was reported by the comrades of the Activist in the NPC.

Kravtsov was declared guilty under part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the procedure for public events). The resolution on the activist is the first decision in Nizhny Novgorod, made under this norm of the Code, and the term of administrative arrest is the longest of the appointed in the city.

“From 600 other participants in the events, Kravtsov distinguished himself by a coupling with his comrades - Dmitry Kalinichev and Ilya Myaskovsky - which the police protocol is silent about,” the publication says.

The previous time Kravtsov was involved under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for participating in the city anti -corruption action on March 26. This gave the police and judge Sveshnikov the reason to now accuse him of repeated violation.

The Nizhny Novgorod political red cross is engaged in the help of the Politsyki and other persons pursued for political reasons, mainly from among those living or serving terms in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

On September 29, a coordinated rally with the participation of Navalny was outlined in Nizhny Novgorod, however, city officials illegally recalled coordination at the last moment. The functionaries of the headquarters preparing the action were detained.

However, several hundred oppositionists nevertheless reached Markin Square, where a rally was planned. There, human rights activist and activist Stanislav Dmitrievsky tried to organize the procession, but the police detained him and six more activists, including Kravtsov, Kalinchev and Meysovsky. After registration of the protocols, everyone was released before the court.

On October 2, the Nizhny Novgorod District Court arrested Dmitrievsky at 14, and Kalinchev - for 12 days under part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the legal request of the policeman). Tyskovsky was then fined 18 thousand rubles under Part 5 of the "Ramp" of Article 20.2 of the Code.

In addition to Kravtsov, part 8 of article 20.2 after the action on September 29 was also charged with Eduard Chupov. On Monday, he did not appear at the hearing, sending a lawyer in his place. As a result, the consideration of the protocol was postponed.
