The debut of the first Tesla truck has been postponed again. Its official presentation will take place on November 16, said the head of the American company, Elon Musk, on Twitter .

The report suggests that Tesla will now focus its resources on solving problems with the production of its first “budget” electric car, the Model 3, and increasing battery production for Puerto Rico and other regions.

In mid-September, Musk announced on Twitter that the presentation and test drive of “this beast” was tentatively scheduled for October 26 in Hawthorne (California, USA).

In April, Musk announced that the presentation of the electric truck would take place in September . In early August, Reuters reported that Tesla planned to begin testing electric trucks equipped with Autopilot in Nevada, but no date was given.

Musk said back in July 2016 that the company was working on an electric truck, but there was no talk then that it would be a drone.

Other companies are now actively developing unmanned trucks, including Google , Amazon , Mercedes , Uber (as part of the UberFreight project), Chinese FAW , Russian KamAZ , and Swedish startup Einride .
