Mikhail Malakhov, the administrator of the public “Radical Dreamers” on VKontakte, called the Krasnodar prosecutor’s office due to the publication of the passage from the fairy tale of Nikolai Nosov “Dunno on the Moon”. It is reported by Open Russia.
Someone complained about the "radical dreamers" because of the screenshot, which depicts a quote from the 31st chapter of the book:
- And who are these police officers? The herring asked.
- Bandits! - Kolosok said with irritation. - Honestly, bandits!
Really, the duty of the police-to protect the population from robbers, in reality they protect only the rich. And the rich are real robbers. They only rob us, hiding behind the laws that they themselves come up with. And what, tell me, the difference, by the law they will rob me or not according to the law? Yes, I don't care!
-Here you are somehow wonderful! - said the screw. - Why are you listening
police officers and these ... What do you call them rich?
- Try not to listen here when everything is in their hands: both the earth and factories,
And money and weapons in addition!
The representative of the prosecutor's office said that it is necessary to check whether this excerpt to police officers (Article 282 of the Criminal Code) would incite hatred. Malakhov was surprised and asked whether the prosecutor’s office would check the “Dunno on the Moon”, and they answered that a linguistic examination would figure it out in everything.
Malakhov refused to report the address where he lives, and in return offered to go to the prosecutor’s office “in the week”. He does not want to visit the prosecutor without a lawyer.
Malakhov says that he never participated in opposition activities and, even vice versa, was on the “other side” - wrote articles for “anti -Maidan”, and led on a commercial basis of the LDNR group. His publications appeared on Russia Today and Life.
