Trials of those detained in St. Petersburg in connection with the protests on October 7 and 8

In St. Petersburg, courts began considering cases of those detained at rallies in support of politician Alexei Navalny on October 7 and 8.

October 9

The 19 people detained on October 8 on Palace Square were distributed to different court districts:

• Detainees from OP No. 15 were taken to the Kalininsky District Court
• Detainees from OP No. 74 were brought to the Krasnoselsky court
• People from OP No. 59 were brought to the Vyborg court
• Detainees from OP No. 53 were taken to Primorsky District Court

Kalininsky District Court

• Ilya Ch. and Ramzin S. were fined 10 thousand each and arrested for 10 days (Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code and Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
• Shahnaz Sh. - 15 thousand rubles fine and 5 days of arrest (Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code and Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
• The court sentenced Andrei Zh. to 15 days of arrest under Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code and 17 days under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offences. In total, the punishment was 32 days.
  
  Apparently, imposing a sentence of more than 30 days as a punishment in an administrative case is illegal. Article 4.4. The Code of Administrative Offenses states that when two offenses are committed, the punishment is imposed within the limits of the more severe sanction of the two. • Konstantin P. - 15 thousand rubles and 7 days of arrest (Articles 20.2 and 19.3 of the Administrative Code)
• Alexander M. - 19 thousand rubles and 10 days of arrest (Articles 20.2 and 19.3 of the Administrative Code)
• Daria M. - 15 thousand rubles fine and 5 days of arrest (Articles 20.2 and 19.3 of the Administrative Code)

• Alexander Khmelev - 250,000 rubles fine and 12 days of arrest (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses)
• Vladislav S. - 250,000 rubles fine and 12 days of arrest (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code and 19.3 of the Administrative Code)

Primorsky District Court

• Judge Suvorova made a decision in three minutes on one of the detainees on October 8. According to Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer), the person was arrested for 3 days.
• Evgeniy P. - a fine of 20 thousand rubles and 10 days of arrest (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
• Rafael G. - 10 thousand fine and 3 days of arrest (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
• Vladimir L. - fined 10 thousand rubles and arrested for 10 days (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
• Yuri N. - fined 10 thousand rubles and 3 days of arrest (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
• Philip O. 10 thousand rubles and 10 days (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses)

Vyborg District Court

• Ivan T. - 15 thousand rubles and 12 days of arrest (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
• Yan P. - 15 thousand rubles and 7 days of arrest (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
• Vitaly M. - 10 thousand rubles under Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offences.
• Maria M. - 10 thousand fine, Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses
• They say that another girl was given several days of arrest, but they cannot find her.
  
  The joint press service of the St. Petersburg courts published the result of today's hearings in the Vyborg District Court before the trial of one of the detainees ended - this was conveyed by a lawyer.

Members of the Open Russia movement who were detained on October 7 were fined. The coordinator of the movement, Andrei Pivovarov, was fined under Art. 19.3 per 1 thousand rubles. Pivovarov spent the weekend with the police. Activist Vasily Kunin, detained along with Pivovarov, was also fined 1 thousand rubles.
