Nikita Ryabnov, who was detained on the afternoon of October 8 on Manezhnaya Square in Moscow, has still not been released from the police. He was accused of repeated violation of the rules of participation in rallies (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code), but today the Tverskoy District Court returned the materials of his case to the police department for revision. Returning to the department, the police drew up a new administrative detention report against Ryabnov (with the date October 9), his representative Irina Yatsenko told OVD-Info.
Now they are in the police department in the lobby and are trying to resolve the situation. The police verbally stated that the court allegedly authorized the detention for 48 hours, but they refuse to show this court decision.
