
The State Corporation Rosatom and ANO “Agency for Technological Development” (ATP) signed an agreement on strategic partnership on the implementation of innovative technologies and world -class solutions in the construction complex of the nuclear industry. The signing of the Agreement took place as part of the open day of the Center for Technology Transfer (CTT) of the Rosatom, the organizers of which were the Rosatom, the OTC, the Asia -Pacific Center and Representatives of the Skolkovo Foundation.
The agreement provides for a number of measures aimed at further development of cooperation in the field of industrial construction with development institutions, venture funds and large corporations in accordance with the list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin dated 06/14/2017 No. Pr-1132 on the formation of investment and technological partnerships. Among them, increasing the effectiveness of interaction with state bodies for adjusting outdated regulatory and technical documents restraining the use of new construction technologies, working out a commercialization mechanism for technology transfers, promoting effective technologies in nuclear construction, as well as interaction with foreign manufacturers and VAT developers for the best practices.
The next step in further integration is planned to form an open investment and technological partnership based on the Rosatom signed agreement with the Asia-Pacific region with the VEB, VEB of Innovation, the Promotion Fund, Skoltech, Kotra, Industry Research Institute and Universities leading Russian and foreign companies.
In Rosatom, it is believed that the implementation of the agreement will make a sharp jump in the field of application of the best available technologies and high -tech products in industrial construction. To coordinate the work of experts, the association of resources, unique competencies and intellectual potential, the parties on 04/12/2017 created the Center for Technical Excellence in the field of industrial construction. The TsTT project acquired federal status.
As part of the forum, an exhibition of manufacturers and developers of new construction technologies, materials and high -tech products was organized, where 35 innovative solutions were presented, including 20, included in the “Register of Innovative solutions, technologies, products, products, materials, high -tech services in the field of capital construction” (NDT base), 10 modern technologies of world and Russian company leading and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies and Russian companies 5 startups. This is the “technology of high-strength light concrete”, “design and comprehensive technology of high-speed installation of large-span structures from pre-stressed prefabricated reinforced concrete (Eurocomp Urals)”, “Russian shopant walls (RSHS)”, “Technology for heat treatment of instant boils (IMV)”.
Alexander Lokshin, First Deputy General Director for the Operational Administration of Rosatom Group of Companies, drew attention to the fact that the state corporation works in the global market in the conditions of severe competition, which means that the cost and terms for the construction of NPP power units - the main export product of Rosatom - are crucial. “To a large extent, these parameters depend on which materials and technologies were selected at the design stage, therefore, information is very important for us about what is new in this area in this area in our areas. Rosatom’s OCCs as part of the work center for technology transformers consolidate advanced world experience in order to find and implement modern solutions into the construction complex of the nuclear industry, ”Lokshin said.
Oleg Dubnov, Vice President of the Skolkovo Foundation, recalled that on April 12, 2017, a roadmap was signed to introduce innovative decisions in the construction industry between Rosatom, the Asia-Pacific region, and the Skolkovo Foundation. Open Day today is held within the framework of this roadmap and aims that representatives of the construction industry and developers of innovative decisions are able to discuss issues of the implementation of comprehensive innovative projects in capital construction on one site. Today, the implementation of roadmaps exceeds 90%.
Active work is underway to fill out the register of the best affordable technologies of Rosatom by the solutions of Skolkovo residents: ten projects have been pre -selection, 5 are presented today at the exhibition and program of thematic sessions. By the end of the year, Skolkovo expects to apply for three innovative solutions in the BAT base.
CTT is engaged in the search and transference of world breakthrough building technologies that have no analogues in Russia, ensuring a significant reduction in material intensity, terms and cost of building objects of both industrial and civil purposes, as well as transport infrastructure. The tasks of the center also include the formation and filling of a register of innovative solutions, technologies, products, products, materials, high -tech services in the field of industrial construction (BAS of VAT). In addition, the new center ensures the promotion of modern breakthrough technologies from the VAT base to federal, industry and regional investment and construction projects and will increase the effectiveness of the implementation processes into the construction industry and commercialization of high-tech developments of Russian and foreign companies on the principles of the best available technologies (NAT).
The Asia -Pacific region was created by the Russian government on May 26, 2016. The agency’s mission is to promote Russian enterprises in the introduction of technological solutions of the world level in order to achieve the competitiveness of domestic products. The agency is actively engaged in global search for breakthrough technologies, promoting technologies and competencies, supporting localization and transfers of technology, conducting regional industrial policy, selecting state support measures for national industrial development projects, including advanced technologies in construction with the possibility of radical cost optimization.
