The fact is that the market is a member of the Sindica Holding Company JSC, which is controlled by close relatives of the Federation Council Member from Kabardino-Balkaria and the former president of this Republic Arsen Kanokov. 49% of the company's shares belong to the wife of Senator Fatima Kanokova, and his cousin - Antemirkan Kanokov, controls the business.

Arsen Kanokov was delegated to the Federation Council on December 25, 2013. Before that, he headed Kabardino-Balkaria for eight years. Before the appointment in 2005, he managed to work as a deputy of the State Duma as the President of the Republic of the Republic, where he was elected from the LDPR, but soon moved to United Russia.
