On October 10, the Tverskoy District Court sentenced Nikita Ryadnova, who was detained during the continuation of the rally on Manezhnaya Square, to 20 days of arrest.
Judge Orekhova charged him with repeated violation of the procedure for holding an event (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). The activist was defended by Oleg Elanchik.
- Ryadnov and seven other protesters were detained on October 8 on Manezhnaya Square and taken to the Airport police station. He was left overnight in the department, the rest were released with punctures under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for conducting an event). One minor detainee was taken away from the police department with a concussion.
