On October 10, the court arrested Timofey Klabukov, coordinator of the Open Russia movement in Izhevsk, for four days for an unpaid fine. This happened immediately after the activist was released from arrest for another fine, Open Russia reports.
Klabukov was arrested for three days on October 7 for not paying a fine of 800 rubles. Immediately after the release, the police detained the activist again.
“We came to meet him, and instead of letting him go, the police took him back to court. They found another fine, ”Sergey Urban, a member of the regional council of the movement, told the publication.
