Activist of “Protest Moscow” was fined for a single picket in support of Demushkin

The Tverskoy District Court fined Protest Moscow activist Eva Heyden ten thousand rubles. This was reported in the telegram channel of the movement.

She was found guilty under part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by a participant of a public event of the procedure for holding it).

Eva Geiden was detained on June 24 near the State Duma building when she was holding a solo picket in support of Dmitry Demushkin. It is noted that the police made a mistake in the protocol: they indicated that the girl’s poster read “Russia is not Bantutu” instead of “Russia is not Bantustan.”
