In Saratov, the court sentenced employees of Navalny’s headquarters for the action on October 7

On October 10, the Frunzensky District Court of Saratov sentenced Mikhail Murygin, coordinator of the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny, to a fine of 20,000 rubles and arrested him for two days. This was reported on the page of the policy team in the social network "Vkontakte".

Murygin was fined for holding a public event without submitting a notice of the rally on October 7 (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) in accordance with the established procedure. Under the article on disobedience to a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), they were given two days of arrest, a volunteer from the local headquarters reports from the courtroom.

According to her, the court gave the defendant's lawyer Maxim Ovchinnikov 10 minutes to familiarize himself with the case of disobedience to a police officer. In addition, the judge forbade audio recording during the meeting.

Volunteer Andrey Kopshev was sentenced to a fine of 10,000 rubles for violating the procedure for holding the rally (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). To his case, the judge decided to attach "some kind of incomprehensible disk", on the packaging of which there are no signatures, the eyewitness said.

Kopshev is also charged with disobedience to a police officer, the hearing on this case has been postponed to October 11.

• Murygin and Kopshev were detained on October 9 at the headquarters. The authorities of Saratov refused to approve the action on October 7, but they decided to carry it out.
