In Kaliningrad, Oleg Alekseev, assistant coordinator of Navalny's headquarters, and Andrey Stepanenko, lawyer of the headquarters, were taken to the Central District Court without a summons or warning from a lawyer. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline by a volunteer.
According to information on the page of Navalny's team in Kaliningrad, the police came to Alekseev's house and gave him 15 minutes to get ready. Stepanenko was summoned to court by telephone.
Both were detained at the rally on 7 October. They are charged with a repeated violation of the procedure for holding a mass event (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
Oleg Alekseev spoke in detail about the detention on his Vkontakte page.
