ONF published the next "waste index" of state -owned companies

The All -Russian Popular Front (ONF) based on the tenders of state -owned companies in 2017 compiled a rating of super -expensive cars. According to RBC , the purchase of expensive foreign cars occurs "almost uncontrollably."
