Convicts do not agree with the sentence. The victim does not agree with the sentence. Lawyers of those and others demand that the case be sent for subsequence. A rare case is generally in judicial practice, especially in ours, but there is nothing to be surprised. We are talking about the verdict of the Supreme Court in the case of the murder of Boris Nemtsov, and could it be otherwise?

Indeed, from the point of view of the highest authorities, the verdict issued in July by the Moscow District Military Court and yesterday generally confirmed, ideal. The picture is painfully convincing, isn't it? Personally familiar with Nemtsov, the driver of one of the Kadyrovsky senior infantrymen decided to organize a murder of a politician, for which he hired his countrymen, among whom warriors were also discovered. Countrymen tracked the opposition for a long time, and then tracked down near Red Square and shot. For money, since this driver was probably very wealthy, and the rich had his own quirks. Here, in fact, is the whole of the plot, and even strange, from the point of view of the Russian leadership, that neither convicted performers with their defenders, nor Jeanne Nemtsov arranged the decision of the two vessels.

Nevertheless, they solidly protest and intend to appeal the verdict in higher authorities - Russian and European. Moreover, the daughter of the deceased and her lawyers had already left for Strasbourg to take part in the hearing of the Law Committee PACE, dedicated to the sensational murder, his investigation and judicial results. And it seems that the work of investigators, prosecutors and judges will be recognized as unsatisfactory. According to trifles, so to speak, and in a large way.

There are some indirect ones, as well as direct confirmation. For example, the decision of the ECHR on the complaint of Temirlan Eskerkhanov, one of the convicts who was tortured in the Moscow pre -trial detention center and during transportation to the court. His accomplices complained about unbearable conditions of detention, but their petitions were rejected for formal reasons. All the defenders of the sentenced claimed and will claim that the court intimidated the jury. In addition, the lawyer Dadaev, who is considered a direct killer, insists that the video recorded that allegedly testifying to his innocence were unlawfully deleted from the case. As for Khamzat Bakhaev, who received the least term, representatives of the Nemtsov family doubt the crime of his involvement in his involvement.

But they have no doubt in another. Vadim Prokhorov and Olga Mikhailova are convinced that there are no such champions who, for no reason, organize the murder of a completely stranger. There are no contract killings that do not have customers. And it does not happen that a person known to the world was engaged in politics and human rights, and suspects of a crime against him are judged by some bandits with guns, and not the Kadyrov infantrymen. According to the 105th article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and not according to the 277th, punishing for an encroachment on the life of a state or public figure.

Of course, they do not agree in everything in everything: the lawyers of the sentenced and lawyers of the victims. The former consider their customers to be completely innocent, and the latter are confident that the real villains went for jail, except for the discussion Bakhaev. But they agree in the main thing . Here in this disagreement with the investigation methodology and the court, which was only interested in the performers. And this, I repeat, the plot is rare and partly offended for the authorities - after all, it did not find the slightest flaws in the process. Since both the devilishly cunning directing, and stupid control was carried out at the highest level. However, the authorities will swallow this resentment and will not choke.

If, carried away by futurology, try to predict how in the foreseeable future the case of the murder of Boris Nemtsov will turn out, then this task is difficult. For here the equation with one unknown. It is more or less clear that under the current regime, the sentenced ones will sit, the elusive driver - to be wanted and on the run, but they will not catch anyone, they will not interrogate and will not condemn. No matter what they decide there in the ECHR and in PACA, from where Russia is either already being left , or not, but it intends to deny the legitimacy of these European organizations quite firmly.

Another question is how long the current regime will last. Historical experience shows that the thaws do not last for long, unlike frosts that have been drawn for decades, or even centuries. And if the tradition is not interrupted, then we will only guess the true customers of the murder of Boris Efimovich - though almost without risking to make a mistake.

However, the time in the 21st century runs much faster than before, although it is not clear where he runs. The time is hostile to any regime, including the most frostbitten, such as the Soviet or there Jamahiri, and the killers were not yet so broken as modern Chekists in power. So we have good chances to personally see that bench of the defendants who will shed the true customers of many crimes committed both to the happy zero, and later, and the one who ordered Boris Nemtsov’s shooting in the center of Moscow will also not leave retaliation.
