Press secretary of Roskomnadzor became involved in a fraud case

Roskomnadzor spokesman Vadim Ampelonsky became a defendant in a fraud case (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), reports vc.ru, citing a source familiar with the situation. The press service of the Chertanovsky District Court confirmed this information to Interfax .

According to the card on the website of the court, on October 5, the petition for the arrest of Ampelonsky was considered and rejected. According to an Interfax source, Ampelonsky and another person involved in the case, the head of the legal department of Roskomnadzor Boris Edidin, are under house arrest and proper behavior.
