Dmitry Bubenko, who removed the post of traffic police in the Krasnodar Territory, was arrested for five days for disobedience to police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Sergei Zemtsov, who came to him, under the same article, the court arrested for ten days. This was written by "Mediazona" with reference to activists of Yana Katelevsky and Evgenia Shott.
On October 9, the police detained Dmitry Bubenko in the city of Kropotkin (Krasnodar Territory) for photography of the DPS post. Sergei Zemtsov, who came to his aid, was detained for video shooting already in the department, they both spent the night in the police department.
The Bubenko protocol states that he did not comply with the requirements of the police, however, it is not specified which ones. According to Zemtsov’s protocol, the video was interfering with the work of the police.
